Botox injections are relatively painless as the injections are performed using a very fine needle. Patients therefore and do not require any anaesthesia. The full treatment takes about 15-20 minutes to perform and you are able to drive and go to work the same day.
How Long Do The Effects Last?
You can expect to see the full results of your Botox treatment within 2 to 14 days. The cosmetic effects usually last between three to four months, although some people may notice results lasting up to six months. Over time, as muscle activity gradually returns, lines and wrinkles may begin to reappear—at which point most clients choose to return for a top-up treatment to maintain their results.
